Collection of Information: • When you request certain services using our web site, such as booking a vacation using a credit card, we will ask you to provide personal information about yourself. This information will include name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, credit card type, expiration date. This information, along with an application form, is necessary to your receiving and/or being billed for the services you request (e.g., name, address and credit card information when ordering your vataction dates), and you will not be able to use such services without providing this information. • We will retain this information for as long as you are a registered for your holiday. You may request to terminate your Vacation and have your personal information removed from our database by submitting a request to Customer Service, identifying the subject as "Privacy", and, unless we are prohibited by law, we will remove such information within a 3 month period. • Information such as, prior purchasing history, age, marital status, household information and any other personal information are optional. We will collect information such as this only when knowingly provided by you. We utilize this information in order to provide and improve our service to you. • When you visit our web site, we do not collect information regarding your use. Currently, this is done using "Cookies" - small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive and relayed back to our servers. We do not use both Session and Persistent Cookies. Session Cookies track your progression through our Web site in a single visit and are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Persistent Cookies enable such functions as tracking items you place in your shopping cart, geographic location storing and retrieving passwords and identifying you as a prior visitor, Online Member or customer of our Web site. Persistent Cookies remain on your computer until you erase them. • Cookies do not retrieve personal information unless you have previously provided it to us. Most browsers can be set to refuse Cookies and if you wish, you can manually delete Cookies from your computer's hard drive. Currently, you can use most features of our Web site without accepting Cookies ), but refusing Cookies will prevent the storage of items in your shopping cart in between visits and may now, or in the future, affect certain functionality and prohibit your usage of other services.
