- All residences are non-smoking. Enforced & extra charges apply for non compliance.
- the occupant is responsible for any damages or breakage and agree to a $500.00 damage deposit
- If no damage has occurred during this rental period (including pet damage), damage deposit will be null and void.
- "Persons" are regarded a person at any age
- Limit of 1 pet . Pets must be on leash when on site at all times.
- No motorized recreational equipment are allowed to be a disturbance on or near the property at any time.
- All rates are subject to 13% HST and 5% service charge for weekly stays and 10% service charge for shorter stays
- Deposit required on booking is 1/3 total amount by credit card
- Cancellation - Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 20 days before scheduled day of arrival, or if space is resold, subject to a $40.00 plus tax administration fee. There is no refund for early departure.
- The residences are housekeeping units. Towels, etc. can be washed and dried in the unit.
- The tenant must supply own beach towels.
- ATV's, dirt bikes, jet skis/ personal water craft are not allowed on the property
- Snowmobiles are permitted in designated parking lots for unloading/storage but are not permitted to travel across the property.
- Boat docking -subject to availability and extra charges apply.
- Payment ~ Payment in full is required prior to arrival, or on the day of arrival. An imprint of the credit card or a signed cheque will be required to cover the $500.00 damage deposit
- Check in at 4:00pm and check out 10:00am
